wholesale_order_import_packing_layout

Imports the packing layout of a wholesale order: pallets, packages, and case packs with their line items. The order must not have a packing layout yet, and line item quantities must match the order. Freight orders must have only pallets at the top level, and courier orders cannot contain pallets. Kits broken into components must be packed using their components, not the kit itself.
